現(xian)有(you)接地毛(mao)(mao)病選線(xian)維護主(zhu)要選用中性(xing)點(dian)經小電阻(zu)接地辦法下(xia)的(de)零序(xu)電流維護或(huo)中性(xing)點(dian)非有(you)用接地辦法下(xia)的(de)小電流接地選線(xian)維護,在面臨高阻(zu)、間(jian)歇性(xing)等毛(mao)(mao)病時(shi),仍(reng)存在選線(xian)準確率(lv)差,無法有(you)用阻(zu)隔毛(mao)(mao)病,存在巨大隱患。當高阻(zu)接地到達1000歐姆以上時(shi),設備動作牢靠(kao)率(lv)80%;設備動作后選線(xian)準確率(lv)90%。毛(mao)(mao)病檢(jian)測精度差開關拒動誤(wu)動率(lv)高,導致配電網牢靠(kao)性(xing)下(xia)降。
從(cong)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)規劃規劃下手合理的(de)(de)選(xuan)擇中性點接(jie)地(di)辦法,開展(zhan)高低壓開關(guan)柜(ju)成(cheng)套設備(bei)技能研究,開展(zhan)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流接(jie)地(di)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)單(dan)相(xiang)接(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)選(xuan)線(xian)辦法的(de)(de)研究,進(jin)一(yi)步提高單(dan)相(xiang)接(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)選(xuan)線(xian)的(de)(de)準確率。選(xuan)用小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流接(jie)地(di)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)的(de)(de)區域要(yao)裝(zhuang)備(bei)接(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)線(xian)段判別與阻(zu)隔設備(bei)。國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)正在修訂的(de)(de)《配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)技能導則(ze)》規則(ze)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)要(yao)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)牢靠(kao)的(de)(de)選(xuan)線(xian)設備(bei),在10s內切除的(de)(de)接(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)。在小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流接(jie)地(di)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)中,消弧(hu)(hu)線(xian)圈(quan)將接(jie)地(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流降至只有(you)幾(ji)個安(an)(an)培,盡(jin)管有(you)利于(yu)熄弧(hu)(hu),但也使(shi)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)線(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)工(gong)頻零(ling)序(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流往往小于(yu)非毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)線(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流并且二者的(de)(de)相(xiang)位(wei)也根本(ben)相(xiang)同(tong),毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)線(xian)路(lu)工(gong)頻零(ling)序(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流沒有(you)了(le)差異與非毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)線(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)特征,這關(guan)于(yu)單(dan)相(xiang)接(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)檢測來說正確選(xuan)線(xian)是困難的(de)(de)。
10KV電(dian)(dian)力(li)體(ti)系(xi)大(da)多是小電(dian)(dian)流(liu)接地(di)體(ti)系(xi),當體(ti)系(xi)中產(chan)生(sheng)單(dan)相接地(di)時(shi)(shi),不(bu)會產(chan)生(sheng)很(hen)大(da)的短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。毛(mao)病(bing)點(dian)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)經過(guo)(guo)(guo)消(xiao)弧(hu)線圈補償感抗后(hou)(hou)能(neng)(neng)夠自行平息(xi)(xi),熄弧(hu)后(hou)(hou)接地(di)址絕緣可自行康復(fu),能(neng)(neng)主動鏟除(chu)單(dan)相接地(di)毛(mao)病(bing)。如果(guo)間(jian)(jian)(jian)歇性(xing)弧(hu)光不(bu)能(neng)(neng)平息(xi)(xi),長時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)帶電(dian)(dian)運轉(zhuan)會造成諧振過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),產(chan)生(sheng)幾倍于(yu)正常的過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),過(guo)(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)將(jiang)進一步使線路上(shang)的絕緣層絕緣子擊穿,造成嚴峻的相間(jian)(jian)(jian)短(duan)路事端。不(bu)管是哪種情況都須(xu)要(yao)對(dui)毛(mao)病(bing)點(dian)定位,隨后(hou)(hou)趕快組織維(wei)修毛(mao)病(bing)點(dian)。單(dan)相接地(di)毛(mao)病(bing)產(chan)生(sheng)后(hou)(hou)能(neng)(neng)維(wei)持運轉(zhuan)一定時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian),因此大(da)大(da)提(ti)高(gao)了供電(dian)(dian)牢(lao)靠性(xing)。
