現有接地(di)毛病(bing)選(xuan)線(xian)維護主要選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)中性(xing)點經小電(dian)阻接地(di)辦法(fa)(fa)(fa)下的零序電(dian)流維護或中性(xing)點非有用(yong)(yong)接地(di)辦法(fa)(fa)(fa)下的小電(dian)流接地(di)選(xuan)線(xian)維護,在面臨高阻、間歇(xie)性(xing)等毛病(bing)時,仍存(cun)在選(xuan)線(xian)準確率差,無法(fa)(fa)(fa)有用(yong)(yong)阻隔毛病(bing),存(cun)在巨大隱(yin)患(huan)。當高阻接地(di)到達(da)1000歐姆以上時,設備(bei)動作牢靠率80%;設備(bei)動作后選(xuan)線(xian)準確率90%。毛病(bing)檢測(ce)精(jing)度差開關拒動誤動率高,導(dao)致配電(dian)網(wang)牢靠性(xing)下降。
從配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)規(gui)劃規(gui)劃下手合理的(de)選擇中性(xing)點接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)辦法,開展(zhan)(zhan)高低壓開關(guan)(guan)柜成套設(she)備技能研究(jiu),開展(zhan)(zhan)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)體系單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)選線(xian)辦法的(de)研究(jiu),進(jin)一步提高單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)選線(xian)的(de)準確率。選用小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)體系的(de)區域(yu)要(yao)(yao)裝(zhuang)備接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)線(xian)段(duan)判(pan)別與阻隔設(she)備。國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)正(zheng)在修訂的(de)《配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)技能導則(ze)》規(gui)則(ze)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站要(yao)(yao)安裝(zhuang)牢靠的(de)選線(xian)設(she)備,在10s內切除的(de)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)。在小電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)中,消弧線(xian)圈將接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)降至只(zhi)有(you)幾(ji)個安培,盡管(guan)有(you)利于熄弧,但也使毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路的(de)工頻(pin)零序(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)往(wang)往(wang)小于非(fei)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)并且二(er)者的(de)相(xiang)(xiang)位也根本相(xiang)(xiang)同,毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路工頻(pin)零序(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)沒有(you)了差異(yi)與非(fei)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路的(de)特(te)征(zheng),這關(guan)(guan)于單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)(bing)檢(jian)測來(lai)說正(zheng)確選線(xian)是困難(nan)的(de)。
10KV電力體系(xi)大(da)多是小電流接地(di)(di)(di)體系(xi),當體系(xi)中產(chan)(chan)生單(dan)相接地(di)(di)(di)時(shi),不(bu)會產(chan)(chan)生很大(da)的(de)(de)短路(lu)電流。毛(mao)病點電弧經過(guo)消弧線圈補(bu)償(chang)感抗后(hou)能(neng)夠自行平息,熄弧后(hou)接地(di)(di)(di)址絕(jue)緣可(ke)自行康復,能(neng)主動鏟除單(dan)相接地(di)(di)(di)毛(mao)病。如果間歇性弧光不(bu)能(neng)平息,長時(shi)間帶電運轉(zhuan)會造(zao)成諧振(zhen)過(guo)電壓(ya),產(chan)(chan)生幾倍于(yu)正常的(de)(de)過(guo)電壓(ya),過(guo)電壓(ya)將進一步使線路(lu)上的(de)(de)絕(jue)緣層(ceng)絕(jue)緣子擊穿,造(zao)成嚴(yan)峻的(de)(de)相間短路(lu)事(shi)端。不(bu)管是哪(na)種情況都須要對毛(mao)病點定位,隨(sui)后(hou)趕(gan)快組織維(wei)(wei)修毛(mao)病點。單(dan)相接地(di)(di)(di)毛(mao)病產(chan)(chan)生后(hou)能(neng)維(wei)(wei)持運轉(zhuan)一定時(shi)間,因此大(da)大(da)提高了供電牢靠(kao)性。
